(1) Webshop - providing fast keyword search through millions of archived documents

(2) Back Office - User Access level administration, Media Rights Management, Control panel for management of all other modules

(3) Search Engine - maintains text file index providing fast searches

(4) Image Server - extracts relevant media formats from archived files

(5) Import Server - automated batch media ingest with conversion to advanced formats such as Flashpix

(6) Desktop Import - enables any number of corporate staff to submit digital files or scans directly from the web browser
